I made a recipe that is not gluten free for once. I made these pancakes on ‘BC Family Day’ for my little brother and cousin. I would have made these with gluten-free flour if I had any in the kitchen at the time, but I was completely out! If you do have a allergy like myself, you can try substituting the regular flour with a gluten free version and see how it goes!
This recipe stems off my Classic Fluffy Pancakes only I replace the dairy with plant based products for those that have a dairy allergy. When you do make this batter, you will notice it is extremely goopy. Do not freak out – this is normal!
For some strange reason I really love frozen cranberries with my pancakes… This is a new obsession I have. If you are not crazy-for-cranberries, add some strawberries or blueberries with coconut whip!
