Oh baby, these are so good! I love being able to eat pancakes but feel no guilt after – which is why I created this recipe! These pancakes are high in protein, loaded with antioxidants, low in sugar, and very filling! I can’t rave enough about them!

I could honestly eat these without any toppings at all. I love the taste of chocolate! If you do not own any chocolate powder or cacao, don’t worry you can leave it out of the recipe. Just the chocolate protein powder alone is perfectly fine! If you happen to only have vanilla protein powder on you, you can always reduce the amount of protein you use and add some extra cocoa or cacao powder to make them chocolate! DO not fear, they will still taste awesome!
If you wanna stack them up high – like these pictures – cut up some banana slices and stick them between the pancakes. If you are having friends over, I always recommend you do this to wow their pants off. I know when I cook for my little bro and his friends, they always like it when I do this! I should also add: if you are looking for an extra kick of antioxidants, go in and add some fresh spinach to your blender. This will increase your vitamin a and c without you even noticing!
