I love these babies. If you like banana and you like pancakes, these are going to be your friends. These pancakes are loaded with protein which helps stabilize your blood sugar and avoid craving sugar all day. Eggs also have iron in them, if you are like me and need more of it. I usually eat theses when I have a full day ahead of me because they fill you up for four solid hours. That is the reason I call these slim-down pancakes; as they keep you full enough to avoid snacking in the morning. I found these rainbow chocolate covered sunflower seeds at Trader Joe’s (of course, my favourite place ever). For toppings you can use just about anything. I like greek plain yogurt and berries. You can also add some super foods up in there like cacao nibs, gogi berries, coconut, chia seed pudding or cacao avocado pudding. I also like a good coconut whip or apple sauce too! Up to you 🙂 Ps. This tea is the bomb. I buy it at Thrifties for $8. It has a coconut lime taste to it and it makes me feel so energized in the morning! Wulong tea blasts your metabolism and aids in weight-loss which I guess is why they put ‘skinny’ on the package. I recommend you give it a try!
