A lot of people don’t realize skin care is 70-80% dictated by the food you put in your body. You can have a great cleansing and moisturizing system, but if you constantly pig out in refined sugars and booze, your skin is going to suffer.
Over the years, I have come to realize there are a few major keys to ‘feeding your glow’. One of those keys is incorporating lots of healthy fats into your diet. If you do not eat a ton of healthy fats to begin with, I suggest you ask your Natural Path or Doctor about taking a Omega-3 Supplement. I swear this will greatly improve your heart health and skin complexion.
The second major key to healthy skin is increasing your dark leafy green and vegetable intake. Antioxidants and vitamins are going to be your two best friends when trying to accomplish a beautiful glow. If you are eating less than 5 servings of veggies a day, you may want to increase your volume. An easy way to increase your daily vegetables is adding vegetables such as spinach or cucumber into your smoothies. You won’t even taste them.

A huge part of clear perfect skin is also hydration. Make sure you get your 8-10 cups of water a day. If you find yourself having a hard time staying hydrated, I suggest spicing your water up with some lemon + ginger or pineapple + basil.
