You can eat this salad as a side, a main, or in a scrumptious sandwich.
If you want to make this plant based, sub your regular mayonnaise for vegan mayonnaise and regular caesar dressing for vegan caesar dressing. Right now I am in love with the Maison Orphee Vegan Caesar Dressing. I think it is better than regular caesar.
