You don’t have to put this breakfast combo in a jar, you can put them in a bowl instead! The bowl above is my vegan version with no yogurt whatsoever. Still so delicious!
Man oh man, this was the best parfait I have had in a while! The base of the jar consists of my Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding recipe. The second layer is just blueberries, plain as can be. Following the fruit, I put my Vanilla Overnight Oats and to finish I put some greek yogurt for protein and those delish caramelized bananas (which I just discovered and I’m hooked)! Obviously if you are vegan, do not put the greek yogurt and just leave them plain or with coconut yogurt instead. The following recipe makes two bowls or jars (don’t forget to split everything in half)… That way you can enjoy these two days in a row or share with a friend 🙂
